Weird Thing?
« on: September 19, 2003, 04:01:00 PM »

Ok i use Xselect for my dash launch, MXM is my default, the problem is if i put the original Ms dash to load first and load MXM through the apps menu in the ms dash ,it loads MXM but my skins dont work (MXM doesnt even see them) all i have is the default skins.

And if i put MXM as default everything comes back to normal. Why is this happening? if i put any dash as default all goes well exept for MXM.

Might seem a bit obvious, but:

Are you sure you don't have two different directories for MXM?  One with the skins and settings, the other with nothing.

Well, this could be something different.

I really can't say, but in the future, I will have a decent diagnostic screen you'll be able to pull up.

When weird things happen, it's best to pull up the "About" box and System Info screens and not what they say, as compared to when it's working. This will tell me a lot about why it's screwed up.

C:\mxm.xbe
E:\Dashs\Mxm\default.xbe
