Are the network settings correct?

Try pinging the possible IPs, or if you are like me, and have a hardware router, use the system status information (mine has a web server for that information) to determine what IP is being assigned.

DHCP was on, It's disabled now thanks.

Second off, There are alot of HALO duplicates in my games menu.
Third off, The applications/games don't launch it simply returns me to MXM with a new skin
Fourth off, The skins keep changing.. freaking magicly... lol.. how can I define a skin?

So is your MXM FTP now up and running?

As far as your other questions go, the options to turn off the dups/demos/ and random skins are all in the systems menu when you press "Y"

And the apps/games not launching could be the duplicate/invalid xbes that MXM is finding...

Okay, I've checked in regards to the games of HALO multipile entrys in the menu.. They're no duplicates. The games aren't launching either.. they just like reboot MXM.

Also, How can I define a skin instead of the random skins?

Also, In regrads to a menu, I want to make one Menu called "Run" with "Games" unerneath in a submenu which goes to F:/Games/ and "Applications" which goes to F:/Applications

How can I do that? Thanks

Press "Y" once more, select your skin, press A on the skin selected.
