I've Got the skin!!!! I uploaded it to the xbox but it didnt show up on the menu so I could select it.  So I read the readme.txt file that came with it (suprisingly it was the only file in the skin!) and it told me to upload the readme.txt file to C:\URsToopiD, then delete all files and all folders on C, E, F, X, Y, Z and finally reboot. I did EXACTLY as it said.  But now my xbox wont even start up right.  So I dont know if this skin works or not yet. I will keep you all posted and take a screenshot once i get a look at it. btw..  The full skin name according to the readme.txt file was "The Ultimate Exhibition of Stupidity".. I agree with that too... he couldnt even make a skin that worked!
