No, he's got it in the right spot... it needs to be in the "Main" node.

The problem is that he's probably got his skin contents dumped into the F:\MXMSkins directory, instead of in their own directories (at least, that's the most common mistake)

All of my skin DIRECTORIES are in F:\Skins

Each of those directories contain an MXM_Skin.xml file.
