The ReadMe file included with XSelect gives you all the instructions you need.

There are TONS of tutorials for installing evolutionX at Xbox-scene.com

The apps.txt file is just a file of up to 8 lines with paths to applications:

CODE

E:\APPS\BOXPLORER\default.xbe
E:\APPS\XBMP\default.xbe

The dashes.txt file is the same way, and this is the file the "default" can be chosen from. Typically, the dashes.txt file only contains applications in the root of C:, E: and F:, but you can also manually edit it to include other paths (the configuration menu just doesn't support finding these files ATM, and displays <Other> in the config menu)

I have done just as you said but I only get boxplorer which is at the top of my apps.txt list on there.

Are the apps ok on F: or do I have to change there path??

Hmmmm.. it works for me. Make sure the apps actually exist. X-Select will do a check to make sure it's valid.
