make sure the video is encoded with wmv8 because the new ones seem to be wmv9 and don't work with mxm

Using xboxmedia.net is much easier. If you have Quicktime Pro you can save the quicktime movies directly from there.

Not really, just use TMPGENC (w/plugin) and WM encoder. The process is not long at all around 5-6 minutes per video.

Nah the sound didn't work. Do you have a different plug-in that saves the audío as well?

Well I have 2.0 of SDP....
http? the servers are on the mms protocol so I dont know why it says http. Are you having troubles with the asx-file? If so try to make an homepage with a link and then open the page in IE. Rightclick on the link and choose save target as...

Process - Get TMPGENC with QT Reader Plugin
Get Windows Media Encoder
Load the game .mov file you want to convert with TMPGENC
Stream Type - System Video+Audio
Settings - Mpeg 1 Video
320 x 240
1:1
30 fps
Constant Quality
Leave everything else the as it is.

When it is done converting Load Windows Media Encoder
Convert to WMV8 at 320 x 240 at 500kps

Done

The audio still doesn't work. I believe it's because the protection in the quictime movies that prevent this.. I'll "buy" Quicktime 6 Pro and try if I can save to avi from there...
