No Sound In Jade Empire

I just backed up the game and i tried playing it, but the sound doesnt come out!1 The beginning where it shows the MS short clip, and bio ware make sounds, but when I get into gameplay, I cannot hear anythin!  Only when the movie sequences pop out is when i can hear sound. <
