Changing A Picture On A Mxm Menu Item ?

From Page 4 of the MXM User's Guide:

2. Place whatever screen shot images or videos you have for each game into their directories using the name “MXM_SS” for the base name. These files can be WMV video files (WM8 built, with sound, for more details see below), JPG, TGA, BMP, or PNG files. Do not use PNG files created with PaintShop Pro.

So if you have a movie file, place it in XBMP's main directory with the name "MXM_SS.wmv" and reset your menu cache ("Y" button to access system menu).
