Uhhh Ftp Server?

blink.gif I'm lost. Do I use Qwix to connect to my xbox through my LAN? It asked me what my Xbox IP was, So, I put it in, and it couldn't find any connection. It gave me an error that said "Make sure your FTP server is running/enabled". What the heck does that mean. How do I run/enable my FTP server. Is that on my computer or xbox lol? Please help
