I Can Only Start Game From File Manager

i ftp'ed my iso game file over to my xbox with qwix ,with no problems (first time use)

Only small problem now is, i can only start the game through file manager, with the default file. It doesnt show up in my main game folder with the icons.

i hopeing this is a quick fix with file manager, but i wasnt sure, thats why i asking in the qwix forum.  I am a newbie to this (if you all havent noticed) and i run Avalaunch, if thats needed to know to fix this problem.
