I am having a problem uping from my pc to my Xbox. It will dump really slow...3.0 kbs

I can't FTP with FXP either as it sticks at the dir comand, but I can through my browser.

I have a Linksys router that both the PC and Xbox are plugged into.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have some sort of firewall on like zonealarm or black ice, or windows xp built in firewall??? It could be messing with your transfer rate...

Nope...SP1 with firewall off. and McAfee firewall is not installed. No other programs

How is your down speed?? What ftp app is running on the xbox??

Speed is 2 to 3 KBs and no apps just the Avalaunch FE

Annomyser program...uninstalled that an all is fine now
