Qwix 1.01 Not Patching Media Id Properly?

I have qwix 1.01 and transfered a few images to the xbox with AVALaunch as my dash. Transfer went fine but the games locked up while loading. When transferring I made sure the "Media ID" check box was checked.

To troubleshoot, I deleted the game from the xbox, burned the image to DVD, stuck it in the xbox, trasfered to HD via the dvd2xbox transfer util, game works fine. Games in question:

Thief: Deadly Shadows
Tiger Woods Golf 2k4
Deus X: Invisible War
