Ok, i use Qwix to ftp ISOs to my xbox, and i used to get upto 7mb/s im pretty certain i havent changed anything other than installed Protowall but the upload speed has dropped from an initial burst of 4mb/s down to 10k/s.
its on a cabled network, through a switch, ive turned off all firewalls/ip blockers to check, with no change to speed

when you're uploading a 4gb iso to an xbox at 10k/s
its not fast, or fun
