Get yourself a copy of FlashFXP. Use that until qwix is able to support files other than iso's. FlashFXP is super easy to use just put in the XB IP address and away you go.

Thanks for all your help.

I already use FlashFXP. Thought I would try Qwix as I thought it was faster ftping files. (my mistake)

FlashFXP gives me about 1600Kb/sec when transferring files from Xbox to pc. Can take about 45mins to an hour to transfer a big game. Was lookig for something a bit quicker.
