One problem i'm having with the program is that my games folder spreads over two directories.

Is it possible to create a list, reading both directories?? Right now, I have to switch between the two

Qwix has a Scan Folders feature on the Load ISO screen.  That might do what you want, and it can do multiple searches without clearing the list.
