Create Iso Not Showing Speed

It's normal, but it won't stay that way forever.  I didn't have time to make ISO creation threaded in 1.0 and 1.01 but I wanted to give you _some_ indication that it's doing something.  I'm reworking some of the internals of Qwix so that I can thread many tasks (with full progress updates) much easier than I can right now.  Expect to see the ISO creation speed working in 1.1, and the UI will be more responsive during that task as well.
