This is usually caused by the "Advanced Avalaunch Features" option.  It tries to refresh the menu after the delete.  Turn that option off for all of your connections.  It will be disabled in the next version of Qwix if we can't fix it in Avalaunch.

Also, if you transfer an ISO to Avalaunch, and then try to Scan Titles or delete a title, you can cause Qwix to blow up, but this is a Qwix problem and not an Avalaunch problem.
