Isos Loaded From Pc To Xbox

I am almost there...LOL...I need to know when moving a game from PC to XBOX what should the file look like....For some reason my winrar changes the contents to an ISO...I then use Ouix and makes its own ISO...It shows up Optimized, then i move it to the XBOX...It shows up where i want it and the little icon for the game shows up in the games section...But when i go to launch it, it goes to a black screen and doesnt launch...Is there somthing wrong with the game itself, anything i need to edit in the game itself...Would really like to figure it out...

use your Original game and DVD2XBOX. done.

why make Iso's if you want to get the game on your HDD?
