Launching My Games Makes My Dashboard Loop

i have a 1.0 with the m8plus bios using avalaunch dash. when i put fuzion frenzy a multi5 disc it will just launch the dashboard but it will play all the other ntsc games fine. i have another xbox 1.4 with the same set up that will play it. is there a setting i need to change so it will play this multi5 disc.
