um u tryed browsin to your files, going into the C partition and running xboxdash.xbe

yeah, it sounds like your main menue "dashboards" (clickable shortcut) isnt pointed  properly, you could do as the dude above mentioned and/or you could fix the problemby  renaming the xbe to match ava's xml or edit ava's xml to match the name of the xbe, may sound tough but its realy not. this is assuming that we hit the nail on the head with your issue.
