ok, i booted up with my evox boot disk and ftp'd an old ava xml and xbe.

So how do i get this menu font smaller? And what the hell happend before with the black screen..

Also, when the xbox boots up, the light flashes red and green. Kind of weird. I also put in a samsung dvd drive (friends)..

try to download a skin for it, your problem is that it is missing some files in the default skin folder and then it uses backup solutions instead.
