Corrupted F-drive

Since I tried to copy some things to a nearly full F-Drive, it got corrupted. Starting up Avalaunch is really (REALLY) slow now, and the filemanager says ERR1005 with drive F. Occassionally I get a warning-message saying that there is 0MB free on drive F.
- Formatting the drive with EvoX or Avalaunch didn't work
- Formatting with Netprep didn't work
- Even formatting the drive on my PC (really clean, you should think) and then preparing it with Netprep doesn't work either...

Could some1 please tell me what to do? TIA!
