Modchip Acting Like It's Disabled - What Gives?

I was hoping someone could give me some clues...

I have a premodded Xbox with an X2.3Pro modchip and a 200GB hd... I have Ava as my dash and it's been working fine for a while now.

I packed up my Xbox 2 days ago to bring it on vacation with us... I have a padded Xbox carrycase, so it was well protected... it was in the trunk of my car for a 4 hour trip. When I unpacked it today, it booted it up to the M$ dash with the modchip enabled... it seems to act no different with the modchip on or off.

Does anyone have any ideas?
