Have you tried booting evox from cd? this way you be able to at least get back into your xbox.

LOL - then again I'm pretty new - but that's the first thing I'd try.

did you rename the evoxdash.xbe to default.xbe before burning to cd?

also u need to create the iso using something like qwix and if your using nero burn it as an image under DAO (disk at once)

Get a full Evox with the right ini file etc.
Rename evoxdash.xbe to default.xbe
Burn it to a CD/DVD format that you know your xbox has been able to read previously.

Alternatively you can search around the intarweb for slayers install disc or x-disk as either of these are essentially evox boot cd's.
