you don't get error 13 for locked hdd tho.  that's 6 or 7

Right, 6 or 7.  Funny tho, a guy came to me with the SAME EXACT problem and im currently trying to figure out what is going on.  Its almost like it cant read the drive.  I put in my 200's and some 120's and they all have the same result.  It gets to the boot screen (big ol X), xbox shuts off, comes back on, goes back to X again, then error 13.  Does this with every single unlocked drive ive put in.  You can ftp with a bootdisk in but all folders are totally empty.  Very strange.
