How Do I Add/remove Skin Sites In D/l Menu?

Several of the skin sites do not work that came with the dash, and when the dash tries to connect to them, it hangs the console for a few minutes, and returns to the settings menu.  The problem is that I can't get to the download skin screen where i can choose different skin servers- it is like it remembers the last server i tried to connect to, and automatically tries to connect to it which leaves me hanging, and never lets me go to the server selection menu.  How can i edit the skin server listing so that i can remove the dead ones?  Has anyone else encountered this?
