Avalaunch Help

when i start avalaunch it goes through the debugging list and comes to the main menu background but i have no options cant do anything just the background dont no if this matters but it says i think "no link" in the bottom corner, anybody no what i am doing wrong

Double check your config file (avalaunch.xml, try using the example one from the archive, without touching a thing).  Also, make sure all your files transferred, including the fonts.  If it's just the image background, it kind of sounds like a font file is missing.
