The skinning part is much easier in EvoX. For Avalaunch you need to replace the menu.png file. I just rename the menu.png to menu1.png then FTP the new menu.png over to the Xbox. It would be cool if the skinning was easier, but once you find a skin that you like you'll probably stick with it for awhile. Thats how I am anyway...
