Try changing those 2 DNS servers to those provided by your ISP. You can check yours by doing ipconfig /all in a cmd window.

I had the same problem, changed my link from static to dhcp and then it worked fine.

I'm assuming that you are running Windows XP Home Edition with Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) enabled - I'm also guess that Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) is turned on.  

This appears to be a DNS resolution issue from the XBOX.  ICS will provide a DNS server for you, so you probably want to try changing the primary DNS on the XBOX to 192.168.0.1.  Also make sure that you can resolve addresses from the computer - I'm guessing this isn't a problem since you are posting to XBOX-Scene, but it never hurts to verify :-)
