does ava 0.47.2 work fine with the new x2 4978 bios? i understand they did some weird stuff with xbes and ftp or something, should i just go with 4977?

hehe, the kinda mod chip u hav doesnt matter to work with avalaunch. althought the bios x2 4978 doesnt work with the x2 lite modchip...yet, at least. yeah, ava works fine with the 4978 bios, i tried it and everything seems to be gravy.

Actually, a fix has been posted. Check Xbins.

Also 4978 will work with Avalaunch...there's no reason why it wouldn't, AFAIK. However, unless you have an immediate need for a kernel-based FTP, I would hold off at least until they pack it down to 512K. Remember, even though they've fixed the X2 Lite bug, a bad 1MB flash can still render your chip useless until you fix it.

hehe, just glanced at my xbox as the words "Xexuter2 bios build 4978 Bug Fix" scrolled thru the little blue bubble in avalaunch =D
