i think this would be hard, unless it was through pop3 email servers... yeah. there's also a free yahoo mail checker ive seen on sourceforge. it might be hard to integrate, but its out there.

Btw, you CAN check your mail with Avalaunch now. Just telnet to your mail account/server smile.gif
