Followed All Steps, Freezes On Launching Page

I've got the trainers in my trainers folder and am able to access them from the dash. After I follow all the instructions such as enable TSR and IGR, rebooting, saving exiting, when I try to launch any Halo 2 trainer it freezes on the launching page and never loads. Im tried using Halo 2 1.0 and 1.1
