Hey.I was wondering,once i download the skin i want,do i jus ftp the whole skin folder to the skins folder on my xbox?

Yup and if you happen to D/L a skin and it just has the pics and the ini file (no folder), just click on the .ini file and then create a new folder and title it so that the name matches up with the .ini file.
