make a folder and name it "skins" and put in on the C drive, then download a skin you want, unzip it and put it in the skins folder.

C:\skins\skin-name\skin files

then change it through your dahsboard.

Ftp your xbox. Create a folder in your evox directory, right click the folder, name it "skins" w/out the quotes. Put the skins in there.
