Like lordb0b says, ftp is fast and easy. Just get yourself a crossover cable to link your XBOX and PC together. Crossover cables are not very expensive.

Put the CD in your dvd drive, then use a file manager program and send it to your skins folder. But like the other people say, ftp is much faster and it will pay off in the long run.

What IP, Username, Password are you using?
What error message(s) are you getting?
