The only Dashboard that can use movie backgrounds and such at the moment is MXM. Check out that forum, its a kick ass dash

i just looked at my evox dash and it is the standard one that comes with the dash and there is a rotating 3d type 'thing'. isn't that video? or some kind of animation?

i tried to see if a gif would work (i used FunkmaztafoX's avatar, hope you dont mind) it loaded the skin on my xbox, but it just stayed at the very beggining, nothing moved at all. So, no, animated stuff doesnt look like its possible.
