very simple. did u put the skins in the skins folder in C:? don't rename the folders, download them and then put the folder in the skins and then reboot.

they aren't showing up in the evox skins menu

what version of evox is that??
mine has a System Utilities too. That's where the Skin option is.

Is your folder name skins or skin? I believe its supposed to be called skin so remove the s if need be.
