ok just so u can be 100% sure u got evox pointin to the right place,ftp to ur xbox and edit the evox.ini and look for this in the evox.ini

Item "Choose a Different Skin",@13

or

Item "Choose a Different Skin",ID_Skins

and make sure ur folder is called Skin ,just like that(without the colour of course)on ur c: drive of the xbox

mine was easy, i just ftped the skin to the skin folder, rebooted and it was there.

Yeah, that was easy. Changed "skins" to "skin" in the folder structure and they all showed up.
