[help!] Evox Background Won't Fit Tv Screen!

I read some tutorials about making EvoX backgrounds, most ppl say to use 640x480 pixels but whenever I load the image w/ EvoX, it's always off the screen. (So I tried 600x400 and it's still off!) What pixel should I use to make the image fit?

I've an analog TV (I want HD!!!) using A/V connector.
