Look, we don't need/want to know that you're using a game disc in two instances with a single license.

You buy the game, back it up, and put away the original on the shelf.  If backup gets broke then you still have the original. XS is here to help with that.

XS is NOT here to help you buy a game, back it up, use the backup on one machine and then use it again on another (or give it to a friend, or make four more copies for other machines....).

Fair use is fair use, but don't hang yourself with information that could easily be avoided altogether.
