Help My Xbox Is Not Booting From The Hard Drive

You haven't given much info to help you out. Do you know what version xbox?
what is the date of manufacture on the underside of it?

I hope its not a 1.6 in a boot cycle!

Since you replaced the drive and that didn't fix it, try a new IDE cable. Make sure the cables are plugged in all the way.
