Playing Games Then Back To Dashboard Without Restarting?

Its called a soft reboot or IGR on the controller press back, black, left & right triggers at the same time and it will return you to your dash. I am sure thats the correct combo its been a while since i used my xbox with a game controller I usually use the dvd remote with xbmc.

You could also try L+R+Back+Start.
