Getting Files From Cdr To Xbox

I just tried boxplorer for the first time and I'm disappointed to say that when I open up the D:\ drive (CD) it doesn't register as there being anything on the CD at all. I am trying to copy a file across which keeps failing with ftp (it's around 180 MB). I have tried a couple of data cd and nothing comes up.

Simply: what do I have to do to get boxplorer or any other app to transfer files from my cd to the xbox.

Worry not, fair friends - I tried DVD2xbox and it worked first time!

i recommed the use of XBMC as it's pretty much a all purpose dashboard (i recommend using XBMC the newest one along with the MC360 skin which makes XBMC look like the xbox360's interface)
