What FTP software are you using? After upgrading my FlashFXP my speeds died. I reverted to the previous version and am now back to bursts of 11k.

i would use FlashFXP (newest version or atleast a fairly recent version) and see what happends... if this still dont work try using something like XBMC to transfer files.... although this is usually slower cause it uses more CPU cycles than dashboards like UnleashX use.... i got FASTEST results from UnleashX myself..... unleashx is also pretty easy to configure right from the dashboard itself as u dont need to edit .ini files to change ftp settings etc once it's on your hard drive... the same goes with XBMC.

p.s. i usually get speeds of around 9-10MB/s with unleashx (or 9000-10000KB/s)
