Xbox-live Mis-click -> Original Xbox Green Screen Comes

i have a Xecuter2 mod chip
and while in halo2 menu i chose the Xbox Live option
my xbox restarted and now whenever i restart. it goes to the original MS (green) dashboard.
which the xbox runs originally when its brand new.
can someome please help me fix this problem
i have a evox auto installer cd and am able to FTP to the xbox
but i have no idea what happened to my xbox

any help is appreciated
