Ntsc And Pal Broke? Evox With X3 Chip

Right then, I have discovered that my box no longer switches to NTSC or PAL or any of the others!?? It only appears to work in default or auto? Hence when trying anything that requires NTSC it wont work, also XBMC or Avalaunch wont work..... Its either DEFAULT or AUTO! Anyone got any clues as to this problem? I wouldnt think it was down to slayers (tried 2 versions) and also XBOX AUTO INSTALER (AID v3).. It feels like a box prob to me  Please help!! Thank You

It usually works but something has changed and I dont know what??

OKAY people  PROBLEM FIXED  Just a matter of switching to PAL 60
