Loading Freeze?

Hi guys,

I am using Evox 6, it loads nicely up to the point where i can see my dashboard.  But whenever i select a game or a movie that i had previously put it(it works fine before), it freezes at the loading page where there this star trek shipping thingy at.  Any way of fixing this beside reformat the whole hard disk and do everything from scratch?  Thanks guys, appreciated

Mine did the same thing and after searching the forum a few minutes, I found that I needed to delete what was in my cache folders.

WORKED GREAT!!
