Is This Normal?

I have done my first softmod (with Softmod.Installer.Deluxe.v2.0. ) and am having problems.

When I power up the Xbox by pushing the power button it will load Evox

and

If I turn the box on by hitting the tray open button, UnleashX loads up.

And I WANT EVOX as my dashboard.

I never had this problem with my TSOP modded box before. I tried to change my dash to XBMC once and could never find a default.xbe file and ended up screwing my HD up bad, I had to rebuild it using xboxhd and so I still have this problem.

Any ideas?

Yeah, I wanted to keep UnleashX around because the extra settings you mentioned. If this is normal then I'm fine with it.

But, How would I make another dash boot up in evox'es place?

Try reading the tutorial on making XBMC your dash. You use the SHORTCUT by TEAM XBMC.xbe file and rename it to what is in your dashboard folder. Apparently you have evox.xbe. Take the evox.xbe and rename it evoxdash.xbe and move it and the evox.ini file to the C drive. That is a safety back up. Make the evox.cfg file and have it point to where XBMC is, for example:

e:\apps\xbmc\default.xbe
