Evox Diski Make Isnt Recognized?

ok i got the evox disk working now i have a bigger problem i cannot connect to my xbot i go to the util and setings and change my ipadress ect. from 192.168.100.10 and then it wont save. there is no exit and save option. what should i do?

If you are running this from the CD, you can't make changes. Either burn a new CD with the correct settings or change the IP on the PC.

did some research and found out how to changed the ip and router settings but it still cant see it and pinging it does'nt work is ther anything i need to do on my xbox first?  i have a router of .1 - .9 and i am .2 on my xbox.
