hello everyone, im a newb to modding for real...

well one day i went to mexico, and they had pirated games.

In order to play them, they said they needed to install a mod.
So they installed the mod Evox,(this was like 2 years go)

And recently i got dsl, and wanted to get xbox live.
But...............

someone told me, or ive heard that i can get banned since my box is modded, from live.

 Evo V+303 is the one i have

And i dont want to get banned =(

I remember they installed it using a memory card. Then ran mech assault, using a profile called run linux.

They installed it in spanish also, but i can translate.

These are the options it has.

dvd with control-plays dvd, requires dvd control

Dvd without control- plays dvd using xbox control

Ms orignal menu-(brings u 2 orignal green screen menu)

Restart-Reboots xbox

Turn off-turns off xbox.

system-skins has 2 skins on it.

Applications-has nothing.....

These are all the options it has. my question is how do i play on xb live, without getting caught.
Or if this isnt possible, how do i completely remove it? i wanna play live, but dont wanna get banned
